No weight loss since last weigh-in, but clothes fit better, WHY ???? I am exercising more and walking, I know I had a 4lb loss before, is it just balancing out, OH I would love a Glass of wine NOW.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Increased exercise can mean your muscles are retaining water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. You can also lose fat/inches and not see the scale move. I had a friend go down in sizes but the scale stayed the same for a couple of months. Our bodies are strange. Many things cause the scale to stay the same or go up when we are on plan and exercising. Hormones, medication, stress, lack of sleep,etc.
