WOW!!! 178! That is such a cool number! I am 8lbs from my goal of 170. I have lost 76lbs since Nov 1st 2009. That is 4lbs I lost this week!! I feel great! I am going to fix my hair and then take a pic to add to my weight loss collection. I can not believe it, I am so excited! I did this, I did it all on my own. I worked so hard and this is what happened. I gave up all the food I thought I loved and this is what I got in return, what an awesome trade off.
Today I am going to go by Jillian Michaels new book. She has a shopping list in it of things to buy. I still have trouble on what I should and should not be eating so I can't wait to get the book.
