Another pound up! One more to go! Just finished my journaling, praying, and meditating so now I will attack my resistance training this morning! Adding my gold's gym 20 pound weight vest to all of my bodyweight only exercises this morning too. Gotta do the work! Feeling great and thankful on this wonderful day! #Peace&Love :D :D :D

Do it the right way gain muscle, not fat. You mentioned liking movies. Ever tried leg weights and working out while watching your favorite DVD's. Leg lifts, squats, crunches. Give it a try.

@TransBtrfly, I listen to what I call my "power energy music" when I do resistance training. I think it helps me push to build a little extra muscle. All is going really well so far! Hardwork pays off every time. #Peace&Love :D
