Ok... so I guess I suck at measuring myself or I was bloated when I did it the other night... so my smallest part of my waist is 29 inches, at the belly button, 30 inches, hips at their widest 36.5 inches, wrist 6 inches, forearm 9 inches, neck 13 inches... body fat = 24.58%... my goal is to get to 22%.
