Diario de Nikihampton, 25 jul. 14

Well I drank more than a gallon of water yesterday. stuck to my diet very well. even came under in calories by about 20. I broke my stall from 153.9 to 153.3 oh my! a whole .03oz. At least it wasn't the same anymore lol. im still pushing on but wonder if its time to change it up some. another thing im going to do is stop taking the chewy juice plus and take the capsules. I gag on pills and enjoy the chewies as a treat but think they are hurting me. tomorrow weigh it in will better. I have lots to do over next few days between work, rentals, picking up so new cabinets for garage(gotta make room) and getting my house in order. my daughter is having her volleyball team over Sunday night and it was just planned last night. good thing I keep a pretty clean house to start with.

Great job on breaking your stall!! Drinking a gallon of water definitely helps me while on p2. You do have a lot to do in the next few days! Moving and grooving...I'm curious to see if your chews vs. Pills makes a difference. Have a great day!!

Hi Nikki, I hope you are eating more than you are logging in your diet calendar. If that really is all you are eating then I agree with your thought about changing it up. You might try changing it up by adding a lot more calories! Your body wants to hold on to the fat reserves when the food is in short supply. By eating so little, this is what you’re telling your body to do. I don’t have a lot of time right now but I would suggest that you find a calorie calculator (IIFYM is good) and figure out how many calories you should be eating to lose weight safely. My wife was doing the same as you, eating very little for a long time. She could not lose weight until I convinced her that she needed to eat more. Add me as a friend if you would like. I have to run now but would be happy to try and help out more.

brent. for the most part I get everything logged. there are a few times I forget. My goal right now is 500 calories. 2 fruits, 2 proteins and as many veggies normally I want. along with a gallon of water. I am on HCG so even though I am not eating a lot, my body still gets calories from fat. I think im going to be finished with this part of my weight loss in a week or two. I just wanted to be 145 before going on a more atkins type diet. I am at 151 now.

Interesting. I had to go read up on the HCG diet. Now your food journal makes more sense to me. Good luck reaching your goals. I am happy to hear you plan on living a low carb lifestyle once you are done with the HCG program. Once you are done with HCG I will be happy to help with any questions you have in regards to going low carb.
