Good morning all. It's a great morning. I feel so much better now that I am exercising. It seems to keep away the depression. Did some cardio this morning 15 minutes on the recumbent bike 4.5 miles in 15 minutes. Pretty good, I must say. I just put my music on and ride. Kendall sits beside me and does exercises too. hehe she is such a cutie. gonna get some more cardio in this afternoon, while KC is taking a nap. another 30 minutes.
