Found a awesome thing, most importantly it is free!!
Skimble, get it from the app store, pick a work out and down load it before you go to the gym and it is like a personal trainer, timmed workouts etc. I down loaded it on Sunday night and have done two work outs with it already, saves to a exercise callender can sync with keys, what else can I say, fantabulous tool!!
