I see you have signed up for the Jillian 30 shred challenge. Me too. That is a great place to start. 20 minutes a day we all have that. Right.?? I know I found consistancy my biggest problem. Challenges keep me accountable, do I really want to put down I didn't do it. Heck NO!! I could lie but what good would that do. This is my second year here on FS, and my second time trying to figure out what my weight loss journey looks like. I found the combination of WW and The four golden rules about food from Paul Mckenna work the best for me. I also know that the only time I have lost weight between my three pregnancies is when I got moving every day. It was mostly walking at a pace where my heart rate was elevated. The other understanding I have found is my weight loss/gain has everything to do with myself esteem. We all have our own paths and this website is a wonderful way to connect and support others on their journey.
