Feeling a bit discouraged about my weight loss journey today. I’ve been on this journey for a little over two months now. I’m down 19 pounds but i feel like it should be more considering the amount of calories I’m consuming daily. I guess losing weight in your 40’s is way different than doing it in your 20’s and 30’s….LOL. I also need to take into consideration that I can’t exercise as much and as hard as I would like because I have a degenerative bone disease of the hip. I honestly feel like that is what’s causing my weight loss to stall for two weeks at a time but I really don’t know for sure. Trying to stay positive and tell myself the scale doesn’t matter but sometimes it does.
