Didn’t have the greatest weight loss week and felt a bit discouraged today. Overate tonight 😣
I’m not usually a stress eater but my thesis is due on Monday and I think that’s getting to me a bit.
Ai. I’ll just have to pull myself back up and do my best tomorrow. This journey is pretty tough but I’m not ready to give up.

Thanks @Carnage02 🤗🤗 It’s a systematic review of the negative impacts national disasters such as Covid-19 has on the lives of socioeconomically disadvantaged children in SA 🙆🏼‍♀️ There aren’t loads of studies to draw from that focus on SA so I’m looking at the impacts of disasters in developing countries that have similar contexts, which can be applied to SA :)

It's ok to slip up. We all do. I don't diet over a weekend AT ALL. You've still GOT THIS. Good luck on your thesis. You're going to do great.

Focus on your thesis, and focus on your eating later. I’m in a similar situation with papers/dissertation due mid October and not always making the best food choices, whenever I’m writing I feel like a popcorn break or some other treat but I know once it’s over I’ll get back at not craving sugar and treats.. good luck and congrats on being nearly finished!!
