I believe I have talked Troy into doing this with me. I want to be fabulous when I hit my 40th birthday in November. In doing the Visalus "Body by Vi" challenge, I know that I am going to be in much better place, much better mindset, and much better clothes!
We have our plan. We are going to map out our favorite shake recipes and purchase our 'groceries' this weekend. We are starting fresh and prepared!
