Diario de Kallau, 11 jul. 14

It's hot here but I went for an hour easy hike with a friend, had lunch with my boss and then did a two hour moderate hike with my hiking partner. Got a run in also but now my knee is bothering me.
It's been a learning curve fir me in coming back here. I forgot how to do everything but I am extremely happy that it's in Canada now. Looking up foods is so much easier! Keeping track of what is actually going in my mouth has opened my eyes to what WAS actually going in! Now I know way the muffin top is back! Lol

It was a great day.
