No change. Again. Second week in a row. ugh... I'm not going to let it discourage or stop me. This is just part of the process. Right?! I know I did not get this big overnight. So it's going to take just a little more time and effort for me to get to where I want to be. I feel better physically AND mentally than I have in years and it's awesome to fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear in forever! Please pray for me y'all. This has been THE battle of a lifetime. But this time, I am DETERMINED.

Plateaus are hard to get through, but for me it means I am on the right track. I am not sure why we have them, but eventually the weight starts coming off again as long as you stay on track :) You are doing great, don't stop now, just remember it's a plateau and it's part of the process.

Starting a diet is sometimes a shock to your body! It’s going to come off easy at first, and then your body is going to get used to it and try to compensate. It will start up again. Stay strong!

Agree with all above. Don't let this throw you off your game! When I'm frustrated by progress, I try to encourage myself with a nod to (and slight alteration of) a famous line from the movie "Field of Dreams": If you do it, it will work.

No change is still a success! If you were like me before committing to this change, this week’s “no change” would have been an increase! So stick with it - you’ll crush it!!

You might need to recalculate your calorie goals for intake... I use:
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-calories-per-day#calculator
Also, try moving your body more & differently. Our bodies can get really efficient, so the same workout day in and day out won’t be as effective. You can also try lowering your calorie intake by 200-250 for a week or so and see if that makes a difference, then bump up for 2-3 days and go back down.
Hang in there, plateaus are bound to happen occasionally.

For many people, myself included, some intermittent fasting helps break a plateau.
