Ok. This is my first day of my challenge. I'll be joining the group in their challenge on Monday. Between now and then I hope to give my self a jumpstart. I'm hoping to get a lot of encouragment from the group. I'm in desperate need of WILLPOWER. I feel if I could lose 6-8 lbs, I'd have a little motivation to stay on track. It's just so hard to stay on track being a stay at home mom...I'm really going to give this one my all.
