Diario de she-ri-ta, 31 ago. 21

I just had the worst last two days.
My body has been aching and I’ve been so tired after getting my vaccination. Haven’t had the energy to exercise or do work. Craving sweets and gave in quite a bit. I’m expecting and increase on the scale again tomorrow but hopefully I’ll be back at the decline after that.

Tomorrow I’m getting up and starting over 🙌🏻

You shouldn’t be exercising after the vaccine anyway. You should take it easy for at least a week. Sleep is good. Get plenty of rest. It took me 3 weeks before my body was back to normal after I got the J&J shot.

Please don't work out 2-3 days after the vaccine. Give your body time. Im almost 2 weeks Post
