I have been eating more than usual lately.🙁
It’s end of month and I packed quite a lunch, as Al’s car needs a new alternator and he has to go to the doctor, so he’s using my car today. I’ll be stuck at work, munching.🙃
I am bringing a foot long to work, Subway is definitely the healthiest fast food available because they make you get out of the car.😄
I used to love eating chips until I got barred from the casino.😁
I will track my calories today, but I know it will probably be 1800. 😟 The thing with people who are bad at counting calories is that they have the figures to prove.😔

Oh, I did get the Pfizer vaccine (Jan and Feb) and contemplating the third booster when available. I only had a sore arm. It wasn’t as bad as the pneumonia vaccine where my arm hurt for over a week with a swollen area that was hot for days from the first one, and the second was still worse than the Pfizer.

Thank you for the vaccine info, that’s scary about the pneumonia shot, but I am glad you got it. Most health complications at a hospital end in pneumonia.😟

We are getting the alternator today and Al, by the miracle of prayers, has the all clear to go back to work Monday. ✝️
