I had a nice walk this morning, shopped for the potato salad I am making and later spending time with family while waiting for the fireworks display. This holiday reminds me of those who are in service to our country, keeping us safe and making sure we enjoy the freedoms we have. A special thank you to those who have suffered in any way while serving.
I didn't do well with food choices yesterday. Today will be a challenge, but I am aware that every moment brings an opportunity to make a different choice.
