I have been so busy with school and the kids,and now working I haven't been able to be on my page and enter any of my food or exercise journals,but I am keeping up with what I need to do for myself. 1)No late eating(check) 2)Exercising(check) 3)Drinking enough water(check) 4)Getting plenty of rest(check) I'm going to try and get back on track with entering my results,but I do feel like I am making progress!!!!!
