Ok, so for the last couple of days, I have been busting my butt to try to lose weight. I have hardly sat down! House work, wii fitness, working, standing, and crunches and leg lifts and walking, and only 5 hours of sleep, and I also have not gone over my RDI which I have set lower than it should be, and I still have not lost any weight at all. I haven't eaten any candy or really bad junk food. My only down fall is the soda I drink. But still, I should have lost something and I haven't, instead I gained a pound!!! WTF?!?! How is that even possible!? I have been making sure to drink plenty of water and most days, I am under my RDI. What is going on with my body?? I am sooo angry!!!
