Good Morning! I'm very proud of myself this week, went for 3 good walks - it's a great start for me. I didn't get out last night because I had a date night with my sister...sushi and a movie. I got in WAY too late but we had a blast! Didn't bother weighing in this morning because after a sushi dinner...well there wasn't much point. I will retain water for a day or two and then be back to normal. I'll weigh in next Friday and I know I will have positive results!!
