Anyone else absolutely hate the idea of working out but once you’re doing it you’re really liking it and afterwards you just feel so amazing? 🤔😂

SO glad it’s not just me 😂😂 Growing up my family wasn’t very active so I guess for me it’s just a mindset I have to change you know. I saw any kind of workout as a punishment for so long 😂 but I’ve been forcing myself change my perspective ✨✨

I am yet to meet just one person who says they looooove working out. I just love how it makes me feel afterwards, the actual process is 🚮

Urg same😒 was never the most active person but after making my mind over I now wake up early every morning before my toddler, sacrificing my sleep to exercise for atleast an hour. It took awhile to get into the habit, it still gets hard some days but we push forward💪

I have bern back at gym for 3 weeks amd that is momentous for me but this time I am taking baby steps to make sure I keep going back!
