OMG, look at how amazing you have done. You don't want anything to spoil that. Get a scale and don't weigh on the Wii if it bothers you. If you want that big mac really bad, then plan for it in your day. Have a light breakfast, eat the big mac at lunch (time to burn it off) and a salad with protein for dinner. Sometimes we need to indulge a little. You have it and keep on your plan. Give yourself a kick and think about what you have accomplished.
