Y'all are really motivating! I was feeling lazy earlier and was thinking about skipping the run I had planned for tonight. Then I thought about what you would say (or at least think) if I posted tomorrow that I was feeling guilty about skipping my run. So instead, I laced up my sneakers and got a 2 mile run in. Let me tell you, I feel so much better that I did! Thanks :)

Well done! I know what you're saying! I had a long flight today and could have easily skipped it, but couldn't handle the thought of not putting in my run, so off I went!

Fantastic! I managed to get in a few miles on the treadmill myself today, also partly because I felt more accountable because of this site. Apparently, it works. Way to go, Bri!
