This weekend was a pretty good one for me. My grandparents were in town, who I hadn't seen in 5 years! It was great to see them. Ate a couple meals out so tried to be good with my choices, and managed to bring a lot of the food home for leftovers instead of over eating.

My boyfriend and I also helped my parents move, which involved so much physical activity. I just couldn't log yesterday... spent so much of the day running around and lifting so many boxes, I was so exhausted by the end of the day plus I had no idea how to log the exercise. I know I burned a lot of calories because I was on my feet all day. Plus my arms are so sore today! So I'm going to just ignore yesterday with logging and start fresh today, especially since I'm down since the start of the weekend.

Been feeling good lately. I've gotten much better about keeping my calorie count down, however, I really need to start making healthier choices. That's my goal this week.
