Diario de GRITS FOREVER, 18 jun. 14

Have really not done well lately. I resolve to have more resolve! Stressful work with long hours has derailed me. Cannot let it be my excuse- there is always something to blame, right? I may have to work out in the morning instead of after work because I am wiped out when I leave work. I did my power class yesterday however and it really felt good. Need to break in those new running shoes! Thigh Gap--Not Thigh Overlap!This really does not need to be as difficult as I make it out to be! :P

Hang in there! Try baby steps instead of leaps. I find my goals are more attainable if I make them reasonably within reach.
