Overall this was a good weekend for me. I went over calories yesterday a lot more than I would have liked because I went out to dinner with my sister, but I had balanced it out throughout the day by being active and getting things done around the house.

Today was a real good day. Went over my calories but was active the entire day and made up for it. Started out the morning biking with the boyfriend to a local café where we had brunch. I made a pretty good choice with a veggie omelette that was HUGE but I brought half of it home and will eat it tomorrow. After brunch we biked to a local flea market and spent a couple hours wandering around. Between the biking and the walking I definitely got some good exercise in. The rest of day was spent doing some light yard work and various tasks around the house so didn't spend much time sitting around. It felt good to have fun and get some exercise in as well as be productive.

Just hope the scale keeps going down even if it's just a tiny bit at a time!
