I thought of trying intuitive eating.. and actually.... I just relaxed from diet.
I have a lot of stresses In my life, and I'm sleeping poorly and feeling a bit depressed. Don't feel the strength for dieting.
I know that this i wrong.... I just need a break from something. It's too much for me at the moment.
