I am hanging in there with my calorie intake. Tonight I might go over but I will burn most of it off with cleaning and exercise. I am determined to make today my last day for smoking cigerettes. The first couple of days wwill be the hardest for me but they say if you can make the first 72hrs, your in the clear. I am also determined to not pig out on junk food to take place of the nicotine addiction. I have smoked fo almost 9years and with my husband and I wanting to start a family I feel it is the right time to quit. We shall see how tomorrow goes.

Quitting smoking is tough but it is the best thing you could do for yourself & youtr future kids. I used Quitnet.com & that helped me alot. Good Luck!!!
