I did really good yesterday. I did do at least 9mintues of cardio and I was under in my calories intake as well. I am really starting to get the hang of this. I feel great other than feeling tired. If I could only quit smoking than I would feel a lot better. That is my next task and maybe I would have a lot more energy.
