I embarrassingly say... I am trying to start over again.. I do good up until dinner then since we are skimpy on grocery money, there isn't anything that is appetizing to me that is healthy,,, I try to eat less of it, but at the point I put it in my mouth my mind says... oh well you ate that now might as well eat more.
