Diario de truecalidva, 01 abr. 09

So, there I was sitting in the drive through of Miguels Jr (Best Mexican Food EVER) to get my son a bean and cheese burrito and I was debating on what I should I get.............Should I get a healthy taco salad or a my usual Chile Relleno with a cheese enchilada w/ beans and rice. It was so hard for me and go for the taco salad SO I ordered my usaul. Once I ordered, I felt soooo quilty. I tried to talk myself to just eating half but by the time I knew it........I ate the whole thing. Talk about cheating!

I know what I did wrong before, during and after and I all I say is I F*ed up.

This is going to be a loooong journey!

You could look at this a couple of ways: oh well, tomorrow is another day. Or, adding 'cheat' meals to your regularly healthy diet will rev up your metabolism. Surprise it, so to speak, and give it something new/interesting to burn lol You're doing fine
