9st 10.5 (half off at WW) The coil is out!! I'm hoping things will return to normal soon diet wise. I have been very good this week, although I did eat a bunch of foolish stuff late Friday after a lovely day out with a friend, which probably accounts for this gain and should hopefully level out for next week. (Although I'm actually writing this Monday, knowing I've had a very indulgent weekend on top of that Friday night trough, oops!!) Fingers crossed anyway...
