Don't be hard on yourself, everyone has these times including me. What's important is that you are on day 3 which means you got back on track. I also want results quickly and it does sometimes interfere with progress because it's so easy to get discouraged. Just stay positive, you can do it. I'm on day 2 and this is my second time around too. Good luck to you.
