Well this weekend was interesting. I did not get to record what i ate at all.... I was still pretty good. I had a birthday at a Buffet to go to.... I was as good as i could be there. Then it was a lot of back and forth on the run and out and about... I hope i didnt do any damage!! This week I will be better! Goal for the week is to loose a pound and to drink a lot more water. I have not been getting enough water in at all! Also i need to walk more! I even brought a change of clothes to work today so i wont melt in the hot sun!!! Well enjoy the day people!!!
