its been a tough 2 weeks thus far with no gym lacked the self-motivation to get going at home will have to pull myself together or risk losing all the progress i have made. have been kinda sticking to the diet mostly 21 days no alcohol 99 to go lets hope uncle cyril opens the gyms even just at 50% capacity...
