So when I went to the meeting yesterday I decided to go at it with all I had. I bought some weight watchers brand food. I brought my cook books with me and talked to the leader about how I can still use these recipes even though they are not from the new plan. I bought the deluxe starter kit and got a new cook book that I really need to take a better look at it. I also bought Belly, But, & Thighs; which is a work out DVD with a Stability ball and stability ring. So I told myself that I would do this 5 days a week.

I ate good yesterday. I logged into my e-tools (which makes it easier to track points since FS doesn't seem to have a points tracker option). I did my belly butts & thighs work out and damn I could feel it last night! But today I was feeling good.

I did the work out again today and whooo-eee... think I might give myself a rest tomorrow and go back Wednesday. Let the muscles rest since I don't normally do any workouts!

So I guess what I'm trying to say in a long winded way is that I am feeling good thus far. And hope I can stick to it this time!
