Well... I found the link to this website on Weight Watchers.com and thought I would check it out. Over the past two years I have gained a whopping 50 lbs. Food has become my best friend or better yet frienemy... My stress level is ridiculous, my blood pressure has shot up to 162/99 my cholestorol is 250 and I have at least one anxiety attack every month or so. I am only 37 and there is absolutely no excuse for any of this. I was in the military for eight years and was in the best shape of my life. I have been out for six and was great for the first four but refused to go to a command reunion because I look and feel like crap and was way too ashamed. So anyways, no one on here knows me and I love the autonomy of that and hopefully it will also help keep me honest. I used to be a runner lol Now I just run to the fridge and back. I am divorced with three children ages 16, 13, and 5. My 16 and 13 year old remember the old self confident, healthy me! My 5 year old doesn't... so anyways, I'm tired of feeling and looking like crap. I have a life to live and I need to get with it.

Good luck Lydeca3, were all in this together!! I love this cite. I did'nt realize how much I was putting in my mouth till I was able to keep track of it on here. I also like it because it makes me be accountalbe for what I eat!!! It's just something about it when you can look at it on paper!! Makes you think....
