Thanks for your response to my pity party! I do enter everything I eat in my FS diet thingy. Usually, that accountablity -- public knowlege of my good or bad choices -- helps me not eat certain things. Something just came over me and I didn't care - not enough to say no to myself. I don't know how to avoid that. I've tried filling up with liquids (water and sugar-free Koolaid), eating fruit or veggies when I really want chocolate, and sleeping. Sleeping is the only thing that works, but it's not a very practical solution. UGH.
I have upped my exercise to what I can do before my children need to be up. When it gets warmer, I can start earlier in the morning to do even more.
I like your idea of getting on FS instead of eating. I'll try that. It's either that or housework!
