@Anisa5022 to be frank with you, prior to 2018 I had tried a lot of eating plans which I ditched along the way because I am a foodie and a meat lover and I love junk food, especially ice cream. Therefore it was really with trial and error until I found what works for me. I mostly do intermittent fasting between 16-20 hrs, mainly for my focus level at work. Once every 2nd or 3rd month, I would do anything between 24-72hrs fasts. I honestly eat anything and everything, but I listen to my body more than anything. I rarely take in any other dairy though ( besides ice cream I know). I break my fasts with protein before anything else, drink liters of water, green tea and hot lemon drink the whole day, when I'm working. I'm hypertensive, therefore can't have too much caffeine. Once or twice a month, I do long runs, 21km in weekends, or I split it over two consecutive days. I honestly hate cutting out certain foods from what I can consume, unless it doesn't sit well with my gut.
