I watched as my co-workers chowed down on chocolate doughnuts, doritos, cheetos, sugary drinks, and chuckled a little bit. I think it was a form of self motivation that I was able to resist the junk that surrounds me everyday. Last week I was standing right where they were. I did not realise how much junk I consumed everyday. I've kept to a shake in the morning, gum to tide my cravings around snack time (I'm a pre-school teacher. 100 calorie soup for lunch, a small 100-140 calorie snack around 2:00, and a sensable dinner each night. I'd snack more if I had bought fruit. I'm going to make a trip to the commisary where everything is way cheaper and pick some up. My evening snack is 3-4 dill pickle spears. I love the crunch plus they are only 5 cals each. I've also drank a lot of water to feel fuller. I got the the bathroom more than I'd like to right now, but guess thats part of it!!! I do feel guilty for the chuckle but I won't feel guilty about fitting in my summer clothes. 9 Weeks baby make it past these first few with a healthy eating/exercise routine and I'll have it made!
