I DID IT!!!! 189 189 189!!! I AM OFFICIALLY OUT OF THE 190'S!!!!
I knew I would see it this week. I could feel it. 65lbs gone and only 5lbs away from my Easter goal of 70lbs lost. Also I am only 19lbs til my fatsecret goal. WOW!!! When I started it seemed like I would never be this close and now here I am! After I reach 170 I am going to make a new goal of 150, I think that would be a good size. Maybe even 140, sad to say 150 and 140 are still considered overweight for me according to the charts but I dare any Dr to call me fat!!! I can not believe I did it, I lost 65lbs! And I kept my promise of doing 30 mins on the treadmill everyday this week. So far so good. WOW I AM JUST SO EXCITED!!!

Wow, Ash, way to go. That's a big accomplishment. Hopefully in about a week or so I'll join you there. I've got a major headache today so only did 16 minutes on the treadmill today. I'm getting ready to go to an all day Avon event in Greensburg that starts at 2:00 so my day will be pretty busy.
