Walk at the lake today was a little chilly. Sun peaked out a couple times but a bit windy.

I got to wear a shirt that I bought about a year ago.Y'know how I love to buy goal clothes. I felt comfortable enough with my belly to wear the shirt out. I cant wait til I can tuck a shirt into my jeans!

I am FEELING thinner even if the scale doesn't agree with me. I am working out harder so maybe I am gaining muscle and losing fat. I don't care. I love the direction this journey has finally taken.

Happy Saturday! Tomorrow is my youngest daughters 22 birthday. I am making her a cake. I may or may not have a small piece. It wont kill me.
