Today was a pretty good day for being day one. I had started this six weeks ago and would be near my goal had I kept to it. :( Went out of town a couple of times and ate a bunch of junk while I was on the road. Finding that less calories plus more activity causes me to crave food a lot. I snacked on a piece of dark chocolate to get some sugar in my system. We will see how this goes and I should be back to where I was before Ken got home Oct 2008 in about 9 weeks. Staying motivated the first 15 days will be the trick!
