i feel so good about myself..to my advantage i love salads and chicken..so i would never get bored about eating the same every day..i do switch it up every so often..and for breakfast i make sure i eat my oatmeal or cream of wheat..sometimes i am running late and i eat raisin bran cereal.. i promised my doctor that i will have my cholesterol lowered by june. i am not going to get on pills for cholesterol!! its not gonna happen..its not dangerously high but she said if i dont change my diet it will be an issue..also i promised her that i will lose a considerable amount of weight..i told her 30lbs..so thats my own challenge for JUNE!!
