You have to love yourself. You are doing well. Sometimes we are our own worse critics. If you don't have a small treat like push up bar once in a while you could deprive yourself and binge. The scale is not always our friend. There are ups and downs in weight. You might try measurements. Sometimes we don't lose scale weight, but are losing size with out knowing it. Hang on.
