I have been away from FATSECRET for a couple weeks. I have been aware of my intake of food and I am getting in activity almost every day. I am not avoiding the scale, I am accountable. I will be doing a COLOR VIBE race on May 24th. I will be as I call it.....wog-ing. I will start journaling my food and activity as I continue on my journey to my healthy weight.
