Day 11

I feel fluffier. I may have always been this fluffy and I'm just now obsessing over it today but I feel fluffier around my middle than normal. It could be because I ate something and it's causing some bloat but it's making me go down a rabbit hole. I want the fluff to fluff off and go away. I've been feeling a bit annoyed with myself today. Annoyed I got this fluffy, missing the days when I weighed 180 and thought I was fat, missing the days when my boobs were more pronounced than my stomach.

My inner fat chick also seems to be going through the stages of grief. First she was in denial and refused to believe this would last but it's lasted 10 days. I believe she has now moved onto anger. She can throw all the tantrums she wants. It's not going to stop me. Every day on plan is a day closer to my goal. Every time I pass up wanting to eat an entire cheesecake by myself I'm another step closer to my goal. Every fluffy day that I get through and I stay motivated is one less fluff to give an F about.

The fat chick can go fluff it. This chick is going to kick some butt.
