5:55AM weight. Trying to knock a couple of hours out at work before I need to leave this morning. Swam in very cold water last night. Been a long time, did it anyways. Not going to repeat it though. 819 strokes,10.7METs, average heart rate 131. I think everything got totally reset in the pool, so no idea as to current speed, etc. It's all good. Felt good to move even though it was quite cold from not having the heat on for a week. Very glad to have it back although we are doing a workaround while a part is ordered.
