OK Diablo, it’s not bad enough that I had a gain this week, but now I’m stopping to get a donut at the donut shop in front of my work because it has nutritional value!😁 Glad it wasn’t just sugar, flour, and shortening.😊 Just wish theirs looked as good as yours.😋😋😋 Have a Fantastic Friday!👍 

When I bought this the owner tried to talk me into coming back at 8pm. They have a two hour slot at night where they make some special donuts. She was telling me about this 9 dollar monstrosity that involved pop tarts and a bunch of other ingredients but I don't think I could afford it calorie-wise lol

I need to keep my eye on this owner-... Sounds suspect to me... night time hours with the promise of delicious donuts. Who can compete with DP? A donut maker. LMAO

In all likelihood you sleep like a baby after throwing the donuts down because you are crashing from the sugar. I get the same effect when I eat grapes an hour before bedtime. 🛌🏻🍩🌜

I eat enough fruit during the day. I don't get that effect from grapes lol. Those give me energy. I need the fat sugar combo. 

Only got 5.5 today since I felt like a KFC chicken sandwich after my 12 hour shift.. Forgot my sugar.  

I honestly feel like I get a little contact high from looking at that donut. The chocolate Bavarian cream from dunkin' donuts are my absolute faves. La creme de la creme!  

Anyone here try Voodoo donuts? That's Will Tennysons number 1 at the moment. And he has had A Lot of donuts in the past couple of years lol 

jengetfit- I feel like that would be a fave for me, too. Haven't had one though.  

Chocolate and Bavarian are my two least favorite things. Fluff or raspberry and maple, white, or pink icing. Nom
