good for you! keep up the good work. i too just hit 50 lbs. this week at weigh in, it's very exciting, so i know how you feel. i too have been heavy all my life, even as a kid, although i perfected being overweight as an adult. somedays it's a real struggle, although i am kind of amazed that most of the time i'm very motivated and it's getting easier, hopefully that means i'm reaching the point of actually changing my eating habits(hopefully forever). good luck to you on your journey and you have every right to feel very proud of yourself! if you need a buddy i would be happy to have you as one of mine. best of luck to you!
